Nancy Pearson Arcellana, M.S.W., is an American who has lived and worked in the Philippines for the past seven years - five years with the Mennonite Central Committee working with street children and peace and conflict issues with the National Council of Churches in the Philippines. She has served two years as Research Manager for Isis International-Manila (1998)
