RESOLUTION ON BRAZIL

We strongly support Brazilian women's fight against censorship on the television program "Sexual Behaviour" by Martha Suplicy. Sex information should be available for everybody and ethical issues should be freely discussed so that each person can decide for herself.

RESOLUTION ON BABY FOODS AND BREASTFEEDING

We strongly support the International Baby Food Action Network (IBFAN) in their struggle against the baby food industry's commercialization and advertising, and we agree to participate in the monitoring of the World Health Organization Code of Conduct on the marketing of breastmilk substitutes.

RESOLUTION ON THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE ON SEXUAL EXPRESSION

it is important for women all over the world to think about the institution of compulsory heterosexuality.

It is important for all women to be aware of the economic and social pressure which forces women into heterosexuality.

RESOLUTION ON ABORTION WORLD-WIDE

We resolve that abortion be kept legal in countries where it is legal and made safer for women and also that in all countries of the world where abortion is not legal we strongly demand that abortion be made safe and legal.All women must have the freedom to choose their sexual and affectional relationships.

RESOLUTION ON ABORTION IN SPAIN

We demand amnesty for all those on trial for having or being involved in performing abortions. Abortion is not a crime and we demand the right of all Spanish women to have safe legal abortions.

RESOLUTION ON THE DISPENSAIRE DES FEMMES

We support the work of the Dispensaire des Femmes (Women's Health Centre) in Geneva, and we find it indispensable that this work continue under acceptable financial conditions.
